Clearview Palmdale Sunrooms & Patios, palmdalesunroomsandpatios.com, info@palmdalesunroomsandpatios.com

Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any estimate, proposal or work you get from Clearview Palmdale Sunrooms & Patios. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them, so please read them before you do.

If you don't agree with something here, don't use the site, and call us at (661) 403-1026 before you book so we can talk it through. You can get back to our home page at any time.

What we do

We're a sunroom contractor in Palmdale, CA. We design and build sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in Palmdale and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on our About page.

The service descriptions on this site are general information to help you plan. They aren't an offer for any specific job. What we'll build for you, and how, is set out in your written estimate and contract.

Estimates and pricing

Our estimates are free and on-site, and there's no pressure to book. We have to see your house to price the work properly, because the size of the room, the foundation, the roof tie-in, the glass and the finishes all change the cost.

An estimate is our best price for the work it describes, based on what we can see before anything is opened up. If we find hidden damage or conditions once the job is open, or you ask for changes, we'll explain what changed and get your approval in writing before we do extra work or charge for it.

Estimates are good for the period written on them. After that, material prices can shift, so we may need to update the figure before you sign.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set your start date once the contract is signed and any permits and materials are in place. Dates can move because of weather, inspection timing, permit review or supplier delays, and we'll tell you as soon as we know about a change.

If you need to reschedule a visit or estimate, call us at (661) 403-1026 as early as you can. If you want to cancel a signed contract, contact us in writing. Your contract explains how cancellation works and what it costs for materials already ordered or work already done, and you keep any cancellation rights California law gives you.

Payment

Your contract lists the payment schedule, how much is due at each stage and the ways you can pay. We don't ask you to pay ahead of the work in a way the contract doesn't spell out.

Payments are due on the dates or stages your contract names. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's caught up, and we'll tell you before we do.

Warranties

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written in your contract, and it covers only what that document says. Products like glass, framing, roofing panels and doors carry their makers' own warranties, and we'll pass those on to you.

Apart from those written warranties, the site and its content are provided as they are, without other promises. Damage from misuse, lack of upkeep, later changes by someone else, or storms and other events outside our control isn't covered.

Limits on our liability

We carry insurance and stand behind the work in your contract. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of a room or costs from delays we didn't cause.

Our total responsibility for any claim tied to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, unless the law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that California law doesn't let a business limit.

Using this website

The text, photos and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission, so please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. We try to keep the information here accurate, but it can be out of date, and your contract always wins over anything on the site.

Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

Settling a disagreement

If something isn't right, call us first at (661) 403-1026 or reach us through our Contact page, because most problems get fixed fastest with a conversation and a visit to the house. We'll look at it and tell you what we'll do.

If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. Any lawsuit will be filed in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to rules that would apply another state's laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies to your use of the site. A signed contract keeps the terms that were in place when you signed it unless we both agree in writing to change them.

If you have a question about any of this, get in touch through our Contact page or call (661) 403-1026. We're available Mon–Fri: 6 AM–11 PM and Sat–Sun: 7 AM–11 PM, and you can expect a reply within 1 business day.
