Sunroom contractor services in Palmdale, CA

Clearview Palmdale Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Palmdale, CA, and we offer 16 services, from screen rooms and patio covers to four season rooms built onto the house. Most of our calls come from homeowners who want more use out of the back of the house and aren't sure where to start. Price usually comes down to the size of the room, how closed in and insulated it is, how it ties into your roofline and what it'll sit on, since a cracked slab or an old deck may need work first. The schedule mostly turns on the permit and which office covers your address. Your written estimate shows what your room includes and what it'll cost.

  • Raised screened sunroom addition with white framing and a sloped roof, partly shaded by leafy fruit trees.

    Sunroom additions

We build a new glass-walled room onto your house, tied into the roof and wall so it looks and feels like part of the home. It's for homeowners who want real living space, not just shade.

  • Bright four-season sunroom with broad windows, a wood ceiling, a lit suspended fireplace and open doors to a patio.

    Four season sunrooms

What makes a room four season? Insulated walls, roof and glass with heating and cooling, so you can use it in a cold January as easily as in May.

  • Glass three-season sunroom attached to a stone-and-siding house, with a gabled metal roof and garden surroundings.

    Three season sunrooms

A three season room gives you glass and shelter from wind and dust for spring, summer and fall, without the full insulation of a four season room. It suits homeowners who want an outdoor feel at a lower build cost.

  • Glazed patio enclosure with a peaked roof and warm interior lighting beside a landscaped lawn at dusk.

    Patio enclosures

Have a covered patio you barely use because of wind, sun or dust? We close it in with walls, windows or screens so it becomes a room you'll actually sit in.

  • Custom sunroom with dark-framed glass walls and a central entry door, set beside a paved patio.

    Custom sunrooms

For an odd roofline, a tight side yard or a room that has to match an older house, we design and build around what you've got instead of forcing a stock layout.

  • A dark-framed glass enclosure shelters a hot tub in a fenced backyard, with open double doors and a metal hip roof.

    Sunroom construction

This is the build from the ground up, with the footings or slab work first, then framing, the roof tie-in, glass and trim. It's for homeowners who know the room they want and need a crew to put it up right.

  • A white-framed sunroom with a peaked glass roof extends from a stone house beside a paved patio and outdoor dining set.

    Sunroom remodeling

If your sunroom leaks, runs too hot or just doesn't fit the way you live now, we rework it, from new glass and roof panels to a changed layout.

  • A screened porch with white framing and a wood-plank floor overlooks leafy trees; red chairs sit beneath a ceiling fan.

    Screen room installation

A screen room keeps bugs out and lets the breeze through, so it's a good fit if you want evenings outside without paying for a full glass room.

  • A bright sunroom with large beige-framed windows and a gray sectional sofa looks out onto a green lawn.

    Patio-to-sunroom conversion

Already have a slab out back? We check whether it can carry a sunroom, repair or add to it where it needs it, and build the room on top.

  • A spacious sunroom with tall black-grid windows features a long dining table, upholstered chairs, and views of trees.

    Deck-to-sunroom conversion

An old deck can become a sunroom, but only if what's underneath can take the weight. We look hard at the posts, footings and framing first and tell you plainly what has to change.

  • A white house has a black-framed screened sunroom beneath a steep gabled roof, opening onto a wooden deck with black railings.

    All season rooms

We build all season rooms as fully insulated, heated and cooled living space you can use any month. It's a step closer to a regular addition than a sunroom.

  • A screened patio enclosure with a white frame surrounds a swimming pool and spa, with tropical plants and a lake beyond.

    Enclosed patio rooms

An enclosed patio room gives you a roofed, walled space off the back door for dining, play or plants, built on your existing patio or a new one.

  • A glass solarium with a white frame and peaked roof glows warmly at dusk beside a brick house.

    Solarium installation

A solarium has glass in the roof as well as the walls, so you get the most daylight and a view of the sky. We help you weigh all that light against the heat it lets in come summer.

  • A dark-framed patio cover shelters a tiled outdoor seating area beside a swimming pool and screened enclosure.

    Patio cover installation

Want shade without walls? We build patio covers attached to the house or freestanding, and we'll talk through whether you might want to enclose it later.

  • A glass sunroom with a white frame and gabled roof extends from a house, glowing at sunset among tall trees.

    Sunroom design

Before anything gets built, we work out the size, glass, roof style and how the room meets your house, so you know exactly what you're getting before you sign.

  • White vinyl sunroom attached to a brick house, with tall grid windows and a gabled roof amid garden shrubs.

    Vinyl sunrooms

Vinyl frames don't need painting and wipe clean easily, so a vinyl sunroom suits homeowners who want a bright room with little upkeep.

About Clearview Palmdale Sunrooms & Patios

I started Clearview Palmdale Sunrooms & Patios in Palmdale in 2017, after learning the trade as a helper on a small crew and asking why every piece went where it did. Nine years on, we're a sunroom contractor that's fully licensed and insured, offering 16 services in Palmdale, Lancaster and other cities around the Antelope Valley. What I care about most is what's under the room and how it meets the house, because that's where trouble starts if nobody looks closely. You can read more about our crew and how we work.

Why homeowners pick our crew

  • Same person from measure to finish

I'm the one who measures and plans your room, and I'm on site checking the work while our crew builds it. Nothing you told me at the estimate gets lost on the way to the job.

  • Old decks and cracked slabs welcome

We like the jobs with a catch, like a tired slab, an old deck or a room that needs reworking, and we figure out what it takes before we quote it. That way the hard part shows up on paper, not halfway through the build.

  • Estimates you can compare fairly

Your written estimate spells out what's included and what isn't, line by line. Lay it next to other bids and you'll see where they really differ.

How your sunroom project goes

  1. Call or send a message

Call (661) 403-1026 or send us a message through the contact form, and tell us a bit about the room you're picturing and what's out back now. We get back to you within one business day to set a time for me to come out.

  2. I measure and you get an estimate

I come out, measure, look closely at the slab, deck or ground the room will sit on, and ask how you want to use the space. Then I send you a free written estimate, and there's no obligation to book.

  3. We handle permits and build

Once you're ready, we check whether your address falls under the City of Palmdale, LA County or Kern County, since some Palmdale mailing addresses sit outside city limits. When your job needs a permit, we file with that office and set up inspections, then our crew builds with me checking the work.

  4. Walk the finished room

When the room is done, we walk through it with you, open and close the windows and doors, and go over anything you want to see again. You see every part of the finished work before we call it done. Satisfaction guaranteed.
